General Vydar's goals and agendas are unknownable. The reclusive Valkyrie trusts no one and to him the world is not divided into "good" and "evil", but between those who have power and have been corrupted by it and those who have power and have yet to be. Utgar has been corrupted by his power, but to Vydar, Jandar and the other Generals simply have yet to be. Nevertheless, Utgar is a danger that threatens all and Vydar will remain true to the alliance with the other Generals against Utgar. But he does not trust them and so he sends Agent Skahen, a trustest protégé of Agent Carr himself, to keep on an eye on Vydar's allies and to watch for the inevitable power-hungry corruption.

Behind the Game

  • Cover Fire
Cover Fire activates after inflicting a wound on an opponent’s figure. How does that interact with powers like the Deathreavers’ Scatter, or on powers that allow figures to ignore wounds?
Scatter activates after rolling defense dice, Cover Fire activates after inflicting the wound (after attack/defense dice are counted). Scatter activates first, then Cover Fire. If a special power allows the wound(s) Skahen inflicted to be ignored, Cover Fire would not activate. (From the Heroscape Advanced FAQ)

Agent Skahen works well with Laglor, Otonashi, and Deathreavers. Keep Laglor close to Skahen to make her Range 9 instead of 7. If the Deathreavers are scattered about the field, you can use Cover Fire to move Otonashi closer to an opponent while ending her (Otonashi's) 2nd move next to a Deathreaver. This is a very tricky maneuver to pull off, and can backfire horribly, but it is very powerful when done correctly.
