Before taking a turn with the Death Chasers of Thesk, you may first take a turn with any large wild Hero you control.
Orc Battle Rush:
At the start of the first round of a game, after all order markers have been placed, you may move all Death Chasers of Thesk you control up to 5 spaces each. They must end their Orc Battle Rush movement on an empty space.
As large, wild Heroes the following units may benefit from the Death Chasers of Thesk's TASKMASTER BONDING activation bonus:
Nerak the Glacian Swog Rider: Orc Defensive Aura 1
As Orcs, Death Chasers of Thesk may benefit from Nerak the Glacian Swog Rider’s ORC DEFENSIVE AURA 1.
Use these early and use them often. With 2 defense they will fall quickly, and since they already have a 5 space head start, charge your enemy, kill what you can, and promptly die. They are expendable rabble to soften your enemy up before you come in with your heavy hitters. If your enemy drafts Q9 or Syvarris, you're screwed. Otherwise, these can be a good opener unit. 2 squads are only 110 points, which leaves you room for almost anything you want. If possible, draft a wild hero with them. They can barge in, do their work, die, and have a hero to back them up. My personal favourite is the Ogre Warhulk, because you can soften your enemy with these, bring down some of the average to high-life figures with some trouble, as well as smashing the low-life. This leaves your opponent is a state similar to what happens after the Airborne Elite hit their start zone with grenades. They'll both fall somewhat quickly, but not before leaving a mark.
