A: Yes

The Book of Ogre Pulverizer

This guy is fun to play. He is a bully and avoids fighting with beefier figures in favor of picking on low defense figures. He also fills a nice niche in scenario/theme play. He is designed around theme and function, not around any metagame demands. In a draft situation, pick him as soon as the opponent picks a squad of Greenscale Warriors. Not only is he good against the Greenscales, he's a cheap answer to both D&D Dragons in some fashion.
