This Marro Hivelord's command of the battlefield is supreme. His mere presence on the field inspires even mindless Marro Drones to become bolder and more effective. Mounted on his skeletal dragon, Su-Bak-Na can survey his surroundings in an instant and fly to wherever his daunting presence is required. There is no way to understand this Marro's devious behavior. He may be inclined to stand back and control the field from the rear, or swoop into battle, obliterating all that stand in his way.[1]

History[]
Where Su-Bak-Na got his Skeletal Dragon, and whether it is Marro in origin or an undead Icarian dragon, is unknown. Nevertheless, he has been summoned by Utgar to fight on Valhalla. He helped Kee-Mo-Shi defend an Utgar fortress against Sgt. Drake, Johnny 'Shotgun' Sullivan, Finn, Thorgrim, the Airborne Elite and the Tarn Viking Warriors, who were attempting to rescue a mind-shackled Raelin.[2]
However, Sgt. Drake Alexander would not meet Su-Bak-Na until later, partially through the forming of the Alliance, when the Marro horde would attempt to break through at Ullar's half-finished fortress by the Bitter Sea:[3]
A new threat emerges: the Marro Dragon Rider. Tales have spread through Jandar’s camp of this dreadful Marro leader. He rides on the back of a fleshless dragon, and now he has joined the battle. I can see the hideous beast swooping in on tattered wings, the rider on its back shouts in an alien tongue, his words create a frenzy among the Marro fighters, the very sight of the Dragon Rider and his awful mount causes our soldiers to break ranks, fleeing in terror. - Sgt. Drake Alexander
As Su-Bak-Na's dragon flew across the battlements, barraging the Aubrien Archers there with wind, Sgt. Drake aimed his new grapple arm at the dragon and fired, snagging a ride. He clambered up to the dragon's back mid-air and used his pistol to dispatch Su-Bak-Na, before hacking at the skeletal dragon's wing with the Katana of Thorian, bringing it crashing down to earth.[3] He managed to free himself from beneath the corpse and was greeted by Vydar's arriving Soulborg army, led by Major Q10.[3]
